Jona’s Story
Jona came to live with his owner at 8 weeks old. As Jona grew he hopped like a bunny and could not run very well. After visits to a regular vet Jona’s owner became dissatisfied with the wait and see answers to Jona’s problems. Jona was then taken to Newkirk Family Veterinarians.
Dr. Newkirk’s chiropractic adjustments, aquapuncture (Aquapuncture is acupuncture with a homeopathic remedy that absorbs slowly into the muscles around the spinal vertebrae relieving swelling and inflammation), water treadmill and alternative therapies made a huge difference in the way Jona walks.
