What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
Knowing what you should expect from your first appointment will help to make the process much easier and more comfortable both for you and for your pet.
We encourage all of our clients to bring their pets to our hospital 10 minutes before the appointment to give them time to fill out our New Patient Form. If you would like to save some time, you can also complete the New Patient Form online in advance.
Meet Your Veterinarian
One of our veterinary team members will be able to review your pet's history with you and discuss their issues. You will be able to aks them any questions you may have at this time and we will be sure to dedicate time to answering them.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
After we have assessed your pet, we will provide you with a diagnosis and a selection of treatment options. Our vets will work closely with you in order to determine the right treatment for your individual pet.
After your visit, we will create a detailed report of our diagnosis, the discussion we had with you, and your pet's treatment plan. We will keep this information on hand for whenever you need it.
